  中国人民解放军陆军军医大学免疫学教授吴玉章透露,蛋白质抗原工程技术的创立及其应用项目的成熟,凝聚着其团队30年的不断钻研。该项目不仅实现了产业化,这一技术系统内,还有中国测评排名第一的流感诊断新方法,以及全球首个SARS免疫诊断方法。

Wu yuzhang, professor of immunology at the army military medical university of the chinese people's liberation army, revealed that the maturity of the protein antigen engineering technology and its application project has condensed its team's 30 years of continuous research. Not only has the project been industrialised, but within the technology system there is a new method for the diagnosis of flu, the world's first SARS immunization.

  吴玉章介绍说,针对新突发病原对公众健康和国防安全的严重威胁,该团队发明了在表位水平对蛋白质抗原的“快拆”“可改”“能装”等关键技术,获海内外授权专利34件、计算机软件著作权2件,目前已在海内外68家单位推广。

In response to serious threats to public health and national security caused by new outbreaks of pathogens, the team has invented key technologies such as \"quick-disassembly\" and \"changeable\" and \"capable-loading\" of protein antigens at epitope levels.

  记者获悉,该项目发明了在表位水平上对病毒的“快拆”新技术,具有廉价、快捷、高分辨率等特点,应用于流感、登革热、SARS等重大疫情防控。团队建立的国际最大病毒表位数据库(EDC)和国际首个抗原超型数据库(HLAsupE),可实现病毒在表位水平的快速拆解,将表位拆解分辨率提升到单个氨基酸残基水平,使描绘某个病毒表位图谱的时间由过去的数年缩短为数周,提高了研究效率、节约了研究成本。

Reporters learned that the project invented the epitope level of the virus \"quick dismantling\" new technology, with the characteristics of cheap, fast, high-resolution, and used in influenza, dengue fever, SARS and other major epidemic prevention and control. The international largest virus epitope database (EDC) and the international first antigen supertype database (HLAsupE), established by the team, can achieve rapid disassembly of virus at the epitope level, increase the resolution of the epitope disassembly to a single amino acid residue level, shorten the time to describe a virus epitope map from several years in the past, improve the efficiency of research and save the cost of research.

  此外,该团队2002年在国际上率先制造出模拟病毒(英文译名mimovirus),2010年率先制造出模拟逆转录病毒(英文译名mimoretrovirus),为应对生物恐怖病原和国防安全形成前瞻性技术储备。

In addition, the team took the lead in producing mock viruses internationally in 2002, and in 2010 it took the lead in producing mock-up retroviruses, creating a forward-looking technical reserve for bioterrorist pathogens and defence security.

  吴玉章说,“蛋白质抗原工程技术”目前已应用于历次重大疫情防控,获医疗器械注册证书和欧盟CE证书7件,全球销售2600多万人份。(完)
